Absolutely blown away with the size of the bed and especially the huge shower/en suite bathroom!! The room was so welcoming and warm. Very quiet location. Situated right next to the White Hart so easily accessible for a meal or drink. The Inn is right in the centre of the village so great location for all the shops. It's also so full of character due to its age. Cannot WAIT to visit again.

Little problem with the cold tap on the deeeeep bath. Very difficult to turn it on/off. Reported it as i sadly had to check out. They were full of apologies and assured me it would be looked at ready for the next guest/s.

Good location, across the road from Central Station. Very close to centre. Room was very clean. Most staff friendly and helpful. Room had a safe and tea and coffee making facilities, kept well stocked.

Internet did not work at all for first 24 hours of stay, then not very reliable afterwards. Only one lift in service. Breakfast average, lack of bacon on first day (but lots of sausages) Mattress has seen better days, made a ‘boinging’ sound when getting in and out of bed.

The room was spotlessly clean and airy with good en-suite facilities. A comfortable,sunny outdoor area for pre-dinner drinks was a bonus.

Dust from fan everywhere, very noisy rooms - couldn’t sleep and poor customer service. The business accepted there was noise throughout the night, (contacted them throughout the night) however provided no compensation / refund and were defensive when responding saying ‘it’s advertised as a lively venue’ however I explained it is not advertised as a noisy room. I would never return to a place like this.
