Breakfast was excellent. Cereals, fruit, yoghurt and croissants if you wanted followed by hot breakfast from menu some of which were: crushed avocado & smoked bacon on toasted ciabatta with poached eggs & chilli flakes (delicious), eggs Benedict with crispy smoked bacon (delicious too), full “Welsh “, veggie breakfast, pancakes (also delicious) & smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. Breakfast was not to be skipped. We ate there on 2 evenings too. The philly beef fries were fantastic. As was Monday night pie night.

If I was being picky : Better lighting in the room. And the old sash window did not want to stay open.

Cottage very clean and tidy and nicely decorated. Kitchen well equipped and there was a generous welcome pack. Thank you., Bedrooms comfortable , plenty of hot water but downstairs shower not very powerful. Large enclosed rear garden with paved patio and grass area ideal for dogs and children to run around. Binham well kept village in great location for the coast and country walks. Definitely consider another stay.

Lounge furniture bit hard and could do with larger sofa and bigger mirror in upstairs bathroom . Parking area at front of property was bit overgrown so parked cars on road which was no problem as plenty of space there.

The bedroom was clean and airy with excellent shower and toilet room. Notable touches included a flannel, toothbrush holder and radio/alarm clock. The breakfast room was well laid out with a good selection of juices, cereals etc. There was a good choice of fresh items for the cooked breakfast.

Nice location, with bring out dog was ideal with the extra space he loved sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. The apartment was exceptionally clean and modern with everything you need. All the info we received was clear and accessing the property was easy.

Beautiful location. Friendly people. Lovely dogs. Nice cat. Easy hit from town. Very quiet despite being close to the town bypass. The view from the rooms was more than perfect. Clean room nicely put together. Good kitchen for a short stay.

Scary country lane location was either good or bad depending on your take. Don't bother trying on a Sunday evening. Newtown pubs are dreadful too.

The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable. It was clean.

It was a little shabby. Parking was difficult. The bar was being used as a dining area. It was a rabbit warren to get to the rooms - up and down stairs. We booked a sea view but our view was interrupted by a pumping station opposite. The reception staff were nice but their understanding was limited on occasions.

I booked an expensive room as a treat and was surprised to find two single beds wedged together to make a double, as well as duvets zipped together. It was really uncomfortable to sleep on. I was also interrupted several times by staff looking for things (although they were super polite). There is a refurb work going on at the moment and so it was really noisy too.
