I have stayed here many times, the staff are always polite, professional and helpful. The room very clean and comfortable. However the level of noise overnight was awful, I have not experienced this before. I did not manage to get much sleep at all on Friday night, Saturday night was not as bad as everything seemed to quieten down after about 2am. The glasses in bar were not very clean, again this is very unusual as everything is so pristine, usually.

Noise from clubs, bars behind and at the side of the hotel - never experienced this before. Not sure if maybe the rooms I have stayed in previously had better sound proofing - this time it was floor 6 and noise was really very loud

Excellent location for the beach and stunning coastal walks. Very tastefully furnished room with views of the green hills. Very relaxing. Lovely breakfast with great choice - fresh fruit, pastries, cooked breakfasts etc... Very helpful staff. This place is run very well - a slick operation! A great place for a relaxing break.

Very friendly and helpful owner - Paul. Interesting building, particularly the breakfast room in the former wind mill - and a good breakfast as well! Very comfortable room and bed, spotlessly clean with nice enquire and good shower. A very pleasant night's stay.

Very clean & very spacious - it was obviously recently renovated to a very high standard. Very comfy and well equipped.

Only slight downside was that whilst it had free parking via a residents permit, it was hit & miss as to whether there was a spot. Both nights I had to leave my car in the car park as there was no space on the residents section and then get up early and hope there was a spot (which there was). Coffee machine was difficult to understand.

This hotel is a typical example of adapting any available space as a hotel room, it is even too small for two people. I think the price is too high for the size of room. However, this is London, space is a luxury. The room is ok if you travel alone.

It is obvious that someone new has taken the hotel on and are doing g lots of work on it. The room was ok but the needed updating eg. The blind didn’t pull up and down properly, the taps were loose and hard to turn off. I can see that it would be a super place to stay in the future when the place has had a bit of care and attention.
