Great hosts, available all the time, good selection of board games which we enjoyed as mentioned signal is limited (i actually loved that the kids had to unplug from the matrix), in a quieter area towards the back of the park so we enjoyed being away from the hustle. Had everything as described, bathroom was big, shower was ok, kitchen had everything we needed. Bedding smelt amazing.

Friendly Staff. They have a free luggage room for before check-in and after check-out. Breakfast is really good, lots of options and you still can do special requests to the kitchen chef (like omeletes and porridges). Walk distance from trem station, supermarkets and lots of restaurantes.

Beautiful hotel and spa in a quiet setting. Room overall was very clean and spacious. Food was also excellent. Staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful. We will certainly be back. Very close to local bus stop so great for getting into Oxford if you cant walk far.

If i'm being super critical - the pillows were too soft for us and unfortunately no option of harder pillows in wardrobe - would have good to have had a notice/note stating how to get different pillows. We only stayed a couple of nights so it didnt matter but if somebody stays long term......... The bathroom door from the inside was tiered/ damaged/chipped

Very close to the town and centre, Tesco express is 2min walk. It has all the facilities you need to be comfortable. A cooker, washing machine and clothes horse etc We didn't need heating and there was clear instructions for turning it off We would stay again

Really friendly helpful staff. Setting was brilliant. Food excellent. The pub and beer garden is what you imagine the best country pub ever to be. On top of this there was live music but bedrooms were quiet

It didn't worry us but if you were going to do something the silicon needs replacing round the bath and sink. But this is a really minor point.

Key cards hard to work on room entry, and for entry to hotel accommodation area. Breakfast hot food would have been better with self service. Coffee at breakfast very poor.

The room itself could have been better. The beds were very narrow! There was a stain on the carpet, and it could have been a bit cleaner. It was fine, but for the price it could have been better

Room 10 is bad - kitchen ventilates directly below the bedroom window. Noisy and smells of fumes.
