Very close to the pleasure and very easy to find, hotel staff (Geoff and Pearl) were lovely and so good with the kids. I am already looking to book up again for next year. Rooms are clean and breakfast was fantastic with a great choice. Hotel bar was also great. Parking is also right next to the hotel again which is great.

Disappointed with the room as Mr Day is disabled and the ensuite was very tight for me too. The Swan always a pleasure to stay as the staff and food are good. We appreciate that every effort is made to get us on a floor with no steps as a mobility scooter has to be used. Always an enjoyable stay

The location is great! Less than 10 minutes walk for the AO arena and close to all the city centre attractions. Easy to pick up the keys and good directions. Comfortable beds and kitchen well equipped.

Noise levels late at night were really bad til 2am so be prepared to be kept up, there’s a bar just next door with people outside and loud music, on a warm night people were outside which made it worse. Could do with some lamps next to the beds and a fan as it was really warm.

Well appointed and located accommodation. The host who met us was cheerful and informative. Helpful permission given to add one camp bed for one of the two nights.

We arrived a few minutes early after a long drive, and it would have been useful to have somewhere clearly designated to park until 3pm. We were then unsure as to where to park. Our host later told us that we had to look for a pitch marked 'V' for visitors, fair enough, but there were very few of these and it took some time to find one, quite a long way from our flat. More advance guidance on parking arrangements would have helped.

Everything was lovely and they went above and beyond to meet our very particular needs. Extremely comfortable and welcoming, delicious locally produced breakfast.
