  I think it was the most beautiful place I have stayed in Wales. Was definitely worth booking as I was thinking between AirBnB and Bed & Breakfast but I am so glad I decided on this one. Stunning views and a very quiet, nice place. Good price as well!

  The room was spacious and the location was excellent, close to the station and close to the city centre.

  The room was spacious but the bathroom was very tiny. The shower bit was not separated from the toilet area, so it was messy after the shower. There could be some mop provided so that we could clean the 'bathroom' after the shower. Towels were not provided, but you could rent a towel for a fee.

  Location was central. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

  Poor soundproofing, woke up to doors getting slammed from neighboring rooms. All conversations taking place in the corridors were fully audible from inside the room. There is no lock or bolt on the door! The locking mechanism is “automatic” meaning that one can only enter from outside using a key card. While this is standard practice in most hotels, it is always accompanied by an actual lock and bolt for extra safety. The matte windows made the room feel like it was located in the basement, as natural light was limited.
