This was just a one night convenient stopover. Well priced for location. Compact room but everything you need for one night. Clean and quiet. Would stay again if in area but would eat elsewhere.

Pillows were very thin. Perhaps there should've been spares in wardrobe. Mattress could do with replacing. Wasn't impressed with Coppa Club restaurant. Extremely noisy, sticky table, uninspiring food.

Lovely characterful cottage with beautiful view across the Loch. Really friendly hosts. Right next to a lovely stoney beach. Loved reading some of the leaflets about the history of the area.

The table in the kitchen is very cramped and the kitchen quite dark to eat in. We ended up taking meals down to the living room, which is lovely and light and has a view. There is room there to put another small table. The tiny spiral stair down from the kitchen is a bit of a challenge, especially if carrying food, but we just used the outside stair and ate at the coffee table.

Hotel in excellent location, with tram stop just across the road. Very clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Nice downstairs bar too!

Small thing but staff ordered a taxi using push button service. Took a while to arrive due to football & co-op live performances . The taxi compared to others we ordered ourselves was much more expensive, better to Uber or pre book your own.

Nothing really, only issue is nespresso machine needed descaling so didn’t work. But they had other coffee and hadn’t impacted my stay at all really.

On arrival we were greeted well and told to have a lovely stay. On returning to the room after an evening out, we were hit by the most immense heat! The air-con was not working so we returned to the front desk to ask for assistance. We were then informed that the whole hotel did not have air-con as it was broken! We were not told this prior to check in so we were not given the option of leaving with a full refund. The man at the desk said we would receive half our money back the next day. On check out we received 20% back (£23.20) after being told Half! I would highly recommend people check any stays with the hotel prior to booking just to make sure everything you need for a comfortable stay is covered.
