  Great location. Good supply of essentials-shower gel, toilet paper, washing up liquid, washing powder etc.

  Beds are really uncomfortable. Bar on sofa bed and double bed poorly positioned, thin mattress and noisy bed frame. Shower head needs descaling. Constant smell of cooking fat from nearby multi outlet takeaway. Interior door very dirty.

  Location good for Bath and Wells. Parking good. Breakfast plenty.

  Shower took an age to get to correct temperature. No adjustment of pressure therefore a waste of water for those preferring a more gentle shower and for the time I needed it more gentle. The bedside lights were too bright. If one wanted to sleep it was too bright and not necessary to be that bright to read by.

  Breakfast finished at 8:30! We have been to over 200+ hotels in the world. Never did we see any hotel breakfast ended so early! My son had not finished his sunny side up egg and juice but the staff collected all the food on OUR TABLE at 8:45. We should teach kids not to waste food. I don’t think it’s acceptable for being so rude to guests who are still eating their breakfast！
