  The room was comfy and had everything I needed - all the things that are often lacking in a hotel room - table, chairs, mirrors, a mug not a tiny cup, choice of teas and coffee. Heidi was lovely and welcoming - it really felt like a home from home rather than an impersonal space.

  Surprisingly quiet for being beside the train tracks. A good size, clean and tidy. A quick 3 minutes drive to town.

  The bed could be a challenge for some being in an alcove constrained by 3 walls. Shower is OK being a in-shower instant electric model. Not great flow.

  Always enjoyed the time here and always wish I could stay longer. It is a great getaway and retreat experience.

  Laundry facilities is better elsewhere. Showers are either freezing cold or boiling hot. Thereś supposed to be a minimum temperature of 25% - I cannot remember the specifics around that.

  We had a problem with a shower that leaked through the kitchen ceiling below and sadly tripped the main lights throughout our stay. However, the property owner and the local nominated property maintenance people were rapidly on to the case and resolved the problem to our satisfaction
