Excellent location, close to the tube (northern line, so very convenient for getting around London). Lots of choice for eating out on your doorstep, restaurants, cafes and a couple of good pubs. Great for kids as Regents Park and the Zoo practically at the top of the street. Co-op, takeaways and grocery shops very close too. Kitchen we'll equipped with fridge freezer and washing machine. Handy if you're staying a whole. Excellent shower

Bathroom needs a proper handle and lock. The bathroom door doesn't stay closed unless locked. We had to use a knife to lock the door. Looks to have been renovated recently but some of the finishes not good. Could have been a really excellent flat with just a little more effort.

Breakfast was spot on and set us up for the day. Lazy Days is set in a delightful village on the Moors yet just yards from a smashing pub serving exceptional food. We had just the one issue with a too-firm mattress but this was resolved immediately. Fresh milk in the fridge too which is always a plus for us. Karl and Carol are the perfect hosts.

Great location, down to earth lovely hosts! Comfy room and bed and tasty breakfast with the best Bacon and poached eggs. Very clean and room looked after every day of my stay. They even contacted me to say my room was ready and happy for me to check in early on a sunny beach day!

Beautiful, airy, clean and in a good location. Comfortable bed and well appointed kitchen. Would suit a small family or 3 persons as bed settee also very comfortable. Very responsive owner. We would have been very happy to stay here longer , unfortunately we didn’t have the time

Parking nearby was difficult, very busy. Great that we had a safe key box but once inside it didn’t tell us which flat we were in. Some instructions on the use of the grill would have been handy.

Pat made us feel very welcome from the get go, super friendly and attentive to make sure we were happy during our stay. The guest house is very nicely decorated, clean and feels homely. The garden at the front is a lovely sun trap and so inviting.

Hotel was lovely for the price paid, very spacious room with lovely decor and gorgeous bay window. Bathroom facilities were great, though didn't use the shower so cant review that. Close to a bus stop that gets you to the city centre .

Having the pub/restaurant on site was an advantage as a walk away from town. The room was basic , but quiet, and comfortable. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Happy to put right any problems.

The room needed a few things to be added. A large space to the side of the beds needed to have a sofa or soft easy chair, there was nowhere to sit and relax. Other rooms had these. Had to ask for a bin in the bathroom and a second set of towels. Apparently its their rule to only supply 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel, not acceptable for 2 people staying 4 nights. The restaurant got very busy towards the weekend, but staff levels were reduced, for whatever reason and chaos resulted with long waits for food and drinks.

Room was very hot with no obvious way of resolving - didn't feel viable trying to open windows in a ground floor room. Could hear all movements in upstairs rooms.
