The size and comfort of the rooms. A good size and well appointed. Ironing boards handily placed. Bottled water in room was a nice touch. The staff were easy with themselves and comfortable with guests. Not obtrusive but readily available. Excellent kitchen for both breakfast and evening meals.

Nice friendly welcome from proprietors on arrival. Calm & relaxing inside and out. Very quiet in bedroom - we could hear the flowers growing outside 😀 Made to feel like part of the family.

The setting of the holiday park is beautiful. The accommodation was so clean, like we were the first ones to stay in it.

There was no hand wash in the bathroom, and our hot water ran out on the last morning, it was too late to get it sorted as we were leaving but the reception apologised.

Location is great and decor is modern and clean in the main areas. Rooms are a little dated although still clean.

There was a fire alarm in the morning and staff weren’t doing much, my issue isn’t the fact there was a fire alarm but more so the staff weren’t around or making it clear there wasn’t a real fire. “It’s just a fault and we can’t turn it off” was the explanation we were met with after going to reception and asking what was going on when no one met us at the fire meeting point.

The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful we asked to have dinner was told that kitchen was shut another couple came into the bar and were given menus after us then after concert we came back to hotel to find the staff saying they were going to shut the bar as too busy not enough staff their attitude was terrible lucky people didn’t kick off
