  Comfortable, clean and spacious accommodation in a quiet location on a working farm, very relaxing. Conservatory is perfect for enjoying sunset evenings, kitchen is fairly well equipped, beds are amazing. Cots available and a few items of interest for kids entertainment. OS map was very useful.

  The tiled shower floor looks great, we found it a bit slippery. Could have done with some extra bin bags rather than just 1. Steps down to garden from conservatory are fine for a stable adult, but would be wary of children or less stable adult.

  The room was comfortable and quiet. The staff were unobtrusive but very helpful.The breakfast was excellent and set us up for our visit to the Cathedral and its environs, which were so conveniently nearby.

  We took it as a compliment that we were not given help to carry our luggage to our rooms but we are over 80 and our room was up two lots of stairs and then down one.
