We absolutely loved the decor throughout the entire hotel—stylish, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the atmosphere felt incredibly welcoming from the moment we walked in. The cocktails were fantastic, and the location was perfect for exploring. The staff were also friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The amenities exceeded our expectations, from the comfortable rooms to the relaxing lounge areas. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

Location was amazing, 10 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the train station (uber) great value for money and lots of shops and takeaways with a few minutes walk. Jahan was amazing and quick to respond to questions and the place was so very clean.

Room really relaxing and unique aesthetic (lamp in old typewriter was cool). Nice complimentary beer and great staff, would definitely stay again. Surprised how good it was to stay and bar itself is great. Also lovely breakfast.

Obviously with pub there is car traffic driving past or sounds of rubbish (glass etc) being picked up, so best close windows when sleeping which now i know but not really a complaint just a learning experience.

the decor and style of the hotel looked grand. luxurious fabrics and finishes, but upon closer inspection it all failed to impress. many areas were distressed, in need of repair.

i was told at reception that i would get an upgrade, to a room in the main building. the room seemed gloomy, despite a very large window. the bathtub looked dirty, but when the receptionist and i tried to clean it, it turned out that the "dirt" was a badly done repair, attempting to disguise/cover multiple large chips to the enamel surface of the tub. the shower and toilet area design is incredibly cramped. i am very petite, and found it awkward. someone of normal stature might find it not fit for use. the lighting in the room was terrible, especially the reading lights above the bed. i ordered a meal to my room; the fish was overcooked and terribly chewy. there were no accoutrements on the tray such as salt and pepper. the breakfast in the morning was not a treat. i asked for croissants and tea. i was served tiny pains au chocolat, which were not cooked enough so were greasy and doughy. i had to ask for sugar for my tea.

I liked the rooms, they were clean and comfortable. I liked the bunk bed style with double at the bottom and single at the top. It was in a good location and good for the price.

It's a new hotel. The rooms are excellent, well equipped, comfortable and clean.

The restaurant and bar staff are terrible. It's a beautiful view from the restaurant and the food is nice, but the service is truly awful. Some guests actually walked out because they had waited so long. It took 30 mins before we got a drink. About an hour before our starter was served. Tables were left dirty and not cleared. It was very poor, certainly not we were expecting. The lifts were also out of service.
