Great location and house, second to none but.... be aware that the booking company "host and stay" would not give us access to the keys until I paid 25 quid for an insurance policy I did not need. Verges on a scam so read the small print. House also had cheap and broken chairs just left in the divining room and a broken oven door that was not fixed, despite the fact the company told us not to use it; great for self catering. Great house, shocking management

Caravan clean and very close to the amenities have no complaints about the caravan. I was pleasantly surprised they provide a some small bottles of shower gel, shampoo , dish cloths and washing up liquid. The only negative I would say and it’s only if you have small children is that there is a little park but this park is better suited for bigger children, my daughter who is 2 could not go on anything would be amazing if had a small slide and young children’s swing

Perfect location to explore Edinburgh on foot. Beautifully clean, comfortable beds and very well equipped room. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Liked the 'pantry' where you could get nibbles and drinks. Great addition of a coffee machine, too. Could quite happily have stayed for a month as there was everything you could possibly need.

I wouldn’t know as the landlady would not let us stop there due to no water so I would like a refund of both charges which you charged me you charge me £140 for £70 room which I never got to use because the landlady turned us all her customers away

The fact that the landlady did not bother to call us to tell us there was a problem with the water and that she cancelled our rooms prior to coming and I would like my money back ASAP please

lovely and modern, bright and spacious. The staff were all so wonderful and pleasant. they seem happy to be at work which is lovely to see.

The changing rooms at the swimming pool are a little tired, but still fine for the amount of time you’re in there. paying for parking, if this was complimentary for people staying that would be great.
