We loved the quiet location, and friendly vibe. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We didn’t enjoy the evening meal. The roast beef was good but vegetables were over cooked, and the roast potatoes were so hard they were inedible. When we did complaint to staff they did apologise, but offered no recompense.

The swimming pool closed at 5pm I suggested to extend the time till 8pm because everything around close at 5 so when activities after 5 .Thanks

1. Staffs are rude- receptionist named Stephen and the pantry staff. I booked 2 rooms for 4 people. Receptionist initially gave me 2 keys and 2 breakfast vouchers. When I told him we are 4 guests so we need for keys, he gave me another 2 keys. I asked him which keys are for room 431 and which keys are for room 434. Rudely he answered, why just dont try upstairs for me to know. I was only given 2 breakfast vouchers, I asked him if each voucher is good for 1 room or 1 guest only. He said one voucher is for 1 guest only so I asked him for another 2 vouchers. Very rudely, he said maybe 2 vouchers fell off the floor on front of me. This man should not work on front desk, he has no customer service, he cant do his job right. This man and the pantry staff were the same staffs who were wiping our table already while we are still finishing our drinks and food during breakfast. No excuse me, no question if we are done or not. We just had barely 10 mins on the table. Your CCTV if there is any would attest on what happened. 2. No enough selection of breakfast food. Few breads, cheeese, hams and cereals. Better not to include breakfast when booking. 3. We had no enough sleep. Shouting and screaming of drunkards the whole night until 5:00 in the morning. The location is very near to pubs and gastropubs. And mind you, many guests were also drunk and they allowed to stay in the hotel. 4. Only hand wash soap and towels were available.
