The hotel was very well situated for an event I was attending. Staff were delightful and the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I love the fact that you don't have to queue to check out. you simply check in then drop your card in a box when leaving. Taxis can stop right outside the door, too.

I arrived back late from an event and fell into bed, so it wasn't until the morning that I discovered the hair dryer didn't work, nor did the TV remote or the kettle. The kettle was actually faulty with a base which came away as the kettle was lifted, exposing the wiring. I had to leave early to catch a train but reported these on leaving (with wet hair). Maybe cleaning staff could check that all functions?

It was a great location. The apartment was spotless. It was really comfortable. Loved the shower gel my favourite. The owner gave clear instruction on how to get there , where the key was and made sure we had a lovely stay. All round a nice place to stay will definitely go back

Got allocated a twin room when I wanted a double paid £141 for a single bed staff very unhelpful, breakfast finished too early I missed it after arriving at 10.25am lifts too forever too.

Pubic hair in shower, broken towel rails stains on sheets … plugs sockets hanging off walls .. dirty cups leaking water under sink .. couldn’t shower as water wouldn’t drain .. so they gave us another room and the toilet flush didn’t work .. tv not working .. vomit stains on floor hall that carried on into the titanic room .. no curtains in room so had light coming in from outside .. no lock on bathroom doors .. clothing left from previous guests
