Location was ideal for us. Parking was easier than I expected. Property was clean & had all we needed for our stay. Bonus in that from the kitchen window I saw swifts flying around the roofs, we don't have swifts in Carmarthenshire so that was a real joy.

clean, comfortable for a good price. Restaurant was closed but staff directed us to a lovely restaurant a short drive away, with a 15% discount card. Easy, free parking and quiet location.

The charger for the razor or electric toothbrush was too high above the mirror to reach or use. No lift to rooms - not normally an issue but I had a foot operation and husband a heart condition!! However, staff were very helpful in carrying suitcases upstairs for us.

The property was in a brilliant location opposite the Lough. The room was very clean. We throughly enjoyed the cooked breakfast. It was definitely value for the money.

Room too hot @22C, couldn't make it colder, AC wouldn't go lower, can't open windows. No kettle, only coffee machine. No idea how they calculate a 10, I feel in cost to 5.5 in my review answers
