- Beautiful, modern, spotlessly clean, well equipped chalet. - 10 minutes walk to the beach and lovely friendly California Tavern. - Short driving distance to Great Yarmouth and also to many sightseeing attractions nearby.

- You have to pay for the electric via an electric meter which takes £1 coins. This was not mentioned in the ad. It cost us £35 for 4 nights for 2 people and were very economic with it. - There is NO FREE WIFI even though free WIFI is heavily advertised. Other customer reviews have noted this too. THE WIFI DOES NOT WORK. - The Owner doesn't reply to emails after booking. - The oven/grill was incredibly complex to operate and there were no operating instructions.

Hotel is in a good location and was good value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful. The dining room is pleasant and the cooked breakfast was very good.

The bedside lighting in the room was inadequate - not sufficient light to read by. Water flow in the shower was rather feeble.

It was really close to the train stations. That is the only positive.

The room was filthy and tiny, there was 0 space for 3 people to change/get ready. The bathroom was dusty and dirty. The TV in the room didn't work. You could hear every noise above and to the sides of the room and you could hear other people flushing the toilet and using the shower. The door was not sealed properly so let in light from the hallway so this interrupted all of our sleep. The window in the room pointed directly to another room and you could see in theire bed, no privacy at all. The bed wasnt comfy at all and the covers were scratchy. The floors and walls were damaged. This is quite possibly one of the worst hotels ive ever stayed at.
