The flat was conveniently located a short walk away from the conference location. The facilities were sufficient for my needs.

Overall the cleanliness was fine. The bathroom looked like it had been refitted recently, quite smart, however the water drain cover cap in the shower base was not clean underneath, with lots of black residue, which I felt I needed to clean before using the shower.

This is a nice apartment but needs some urgent attention by the owners. The lack of ventilation in the bathrooms has lead to mildew, which can be seen and smelt. Sink light in 2nd bathroom has the pull cord missing and therefore not working. Some of the kitchen unit doors need repairing as broken and fall when opened. The general cleanliness was superficial. We found an old sock under the sofa which had clearly been there awhile. The window frames are very dusty and some of the blinds broken. I hope the owners act on this feedback

The large rubbish bins at the front of property were overflowing... The bed was rather low, and against the wall, I had to shimmy my way out to go to the toilet during the night, and there was a shelf directly above..
