Nice and spacious.decorated well.Nice welcome by receptionists.Upgraded our room but don't know why.Conveniently situated as we had a show at the symphony Hall. Plenty of places to eat within five minutes walk.lovely Hotel would stay again. Spacious and decorated beautifully. Bedroom spacious also bathroom.quiet room on 15th floor.

Not a nice view on 15th floor but didn't spend time in room therefore didn't matter to us. Breakfast juice glasses were not present had to wait for clean ones to arrive.Croissant basket empty had to wait for more to be cooked.Husband disappointed only two rashes of bacon available.potridge was a little watery obviously not made with milk. Lifts a little slow had to wait in a queue .Overall though, nothing to complain about We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay over again at this hotel

An old fashioned hotel but clean room , comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Very good value for money.Breakfast wasn’t available, you had to go to a hotel just along the road. A very nice member of staff said the reason was the cook was on maternity leave.

Communicating with the hotel was incredibly difficult. I wanted to ask about breakfast and give arrival time but no one answered the phone .

Lovely complex with everything you need for a set cater style holiday. The property was presented well and clean and has good heating for colder seasons.

Breakfast was lovely and it was great to be offered a seat by the window. My room was v clean and cleaned when i was there.

The temperature of the room was too hot. I kept the window open but there was a generator outside that made a lot of noise. It didn't really help the temperature.

All of the TVs only work if you log into a personal streaming account (which I dont have, and comes across as a bit cheap). After travelling a long way for work, you just want to turn on the TV and chill for the evening. Also, the iron left black marks on my top when I tried to use it. And it might be soundproofed between the rooms, but it certainly didn't seem to be soundproofed to the outside - restaurants and cars noises all night.

The hotel is dated and in need of refurbishment. There was only one coffee machine at breakfast resulting in long queues. The breakfast was a little disappointing.
