The welcome on arrival. Helpfulness of staff - looked after our cases so we could walk around London without them both on early check in and on the day of departure. The room and hotel were exceptionally clean, The room was excellent and had Nespresso Coffee Machine, fresh fruit and water, safe, mini bar , comfortable beds, good modern bathroom and toiletries including shower cap etc. Breakfast was a good choice, hot and tasty. There are plenty of staff and all very attentive. Location right in the West End and the hotel reception was manned 24/7 so we felt safe.

Beautiful house, very comfortable and well equipped. Comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the log burner and took advantage of the washing machine and dryer, as the weather had not been kind to us!

I struggled a bit to get the smart lock to lock when I was leaving.

The room was large and well- furnished. The only criticism was that there were no bedside lights, so after reading in bed you had to get up to put out the room lights.

The rooftop pool for that lazy lounging, the food in hotel restaurant & our lovely skyline view room with plenty of sunlight, skyline views & facilities

Just a minor detail - The lifts can be a little testing at times. It just requires a little patience otherwise a stunning property. 😉

I liked the stylish bar and the food in the evening was excellent. The room was quiet which was good.

I felt the bedroom and particularly the bathroom were cramped.We will opt for a better sized room next time as the Fleece has a lot to offer guests generally.

The key had to be collected at a certain time from a local cafe. Whilst this wasn't difficult, this accommodation was booked for a worker and he did have to interrupt his work in order to get the key . For work purposes, we do find lockboxes easier as we are not always sure of the time the workers will finish and it just makes access easier.
