This place is total luxury.Great hosts fantastic breakfast with amazing restaurant quality food.The whole place from the hall all the way through is absolutely superb with total comfort and luxury in the rooms.Fantastic value for money.Within walking distance to either the town centre or even the local pubs and restaurants are closer and very good.

Staff was excellent, immediately accessible, welcoming, and accommodating (we asked to leave luggage after check out for half a day, and staff immediately said, "No problem." When we came to retrieve the luggage, we tried to tip the staff, who refused the tip and said "Happy to assist you."

Mattress was a bit saggy. We would have appreciated a few more towels as part of the initial room setup.

Water from showers rather cool. Noise from main road, but to be expected as we had window open.

Spa was good, Charlestown harbour has some nice restaurants and Eden project lost gardens if Heligan close by.

Food offering is not good, ordered cocktails as well which weren’t good. Also - had an upgrade to a deluxe room with balcony with parkland views- on getting there it was a big tree in front and a construction site to the right. Not exactly what I would call parkland views!

The location; the style of the decor.

Difficult to access help when in some difficulty. For example, the heating was difficult to control. Only after repeated calls for help did a technician arrive. There seemed to be a lack of communication between the management team that took calls and the technical team which might address any difficulties in the flat.
