  Great location right next to the DLR line which was really handy and the staff were very friendly. 2 cans of water were kindly provided in the room and the free 24/7 tea and coffee station in reception area was much appreciated. Breakfast buffet was very basic but enjoyable. I was only here for one night, so the room size + facilities were just what I needed for a short trip, but I personally don't think it would suit a stay any longer than this.

  Very noisy plumbing when using any of the bathroom facilities - this didn't bother me much during the day but it was a concern late evening/night as the neighbouring rooms must have been able to hear it.

  Easy check in and the 4 rooms we booked were all lovely and clean. The evening meals we ordered were very fresh and plentiful, struggled to finish as there was so much food. The lady who checked us in and served us breakfast was very friendly.

  Convenient location, very good facilities and very friendly and helpful staff. Vamsi went above and beyond by ordering and paying for a taxi for us when we were leaving and in a hurry and allowing me to transfer the money to him.

  The apartment was a nice surprise it was much bigger than expected 😀 everything was spotlessly clean, i have stayed in a lot of rental properties and this is one of the best I have stayed in definitely recommend here to stay.
