Last stayed at this hotel in Sept 2020 mid covid, bathroom smelt of bleach, limited service. This time what a difference, the change from just keeping open to much happier place. Staff very helpful, smiles on faces. Main reason for stay mid point on way home from Skye, but biggest reason really needed a soak in a bath after 11 days of just showers. Aching body after all the walking / climbing. Room clean & airing, large bathroom, bed really comfy. Breakfast really good, buffet style. Had extra menu if just didn’t want what was on offer. Staff welcoming & would have the time to chat, even the chef come over for a chat.

The staff were very friendly. The room was amazing. Felt like you were away from other guests with it's own entrance and staircase. Very clean. Bed was comfortable with luxury linen. Lots of windows that could open and a fan was provided which was a boon as I'm always hot. Situated between two pubs and JJs bar was amazing with live music. Would definitely stay again Great value for money. Car parking behind guest house which was free from 1800-0800

We liked the central location of the hotel . We were able to walk from hotel to the theatre and restaurant without using the tube . All the staff were very welcoming and helpful particularly Brayan who left us a beautiful cake and bottle of champagne in our room as it was our anniversary ! We would definitely return and recommend the hotel to friends and family too .

This place is fabulous, it has all the facilities for a really comfortable stay, a great fully loaded kitchen and lots of space for dining and lounging. It’s also in a great location for the NC500! We loved it!
