The location was great, the bedroom and bathroom were also large for London. The staff were lovely and welcoming and made check in and out easy. The blackout curtains were a bonus for a young baby and jet lagged travellers.

We has issues with our heating in our room, the heater was stuck on high heat and very unsafe for our baby. Maintenance didn’t come and fix whilst we were there although they just turned off completely. The staff were very helpful about it. The hotel was on the same street as the police and fire station, so lots of sirens during the day although not as many during the night.

Excellent service from all the Staff. Lovely young girls overseeing the breakfast room. Breakfast was good and room was very clean. Beer garden was huge with it's own small bar.

The room was very small - and we had paid extra for the superior room. The bathroom is not separated from the shower so the whole room is wet including the toilet if you have a shower. There is no room service but restaurants are in the terminal. No in room fridge either. It was quite expensive but I guess you have to pay that for the convenience of being in the terminal.

The room was generally okay in size and the bathroom was clean.

The beds rolled when you sat on them and they were not particularly comfortable. The shower was over a bath and the bath was quite a tall bath so difficult to get into. As well there were no bars to help get in and out. It was quite treacherous to manouever. Apparently, the key would demagnetise if next to a phone but this was not relayed to us at reception so we had to go back to reception to get them to work. There we were told that we should not have held it near the phone, but if this is a problem, surely we should havebeen informed as it was quite obvious how I was holding them.

Staff were not very pleasant, the included breakfast was poor and minimal. You had to fill out your breakfast order the night before and it allowed one of each item e.g. one egg, one sausage etc. wouldn’t stay at or recommend this place
