Brilliant location on the sea front and about 50 yards from the beach. The room was large with a lovely view and very comfortable with a large bathroom. Breakfast was good value for money, a good and varied continental breakfast with plenty of tea or coffee. Staff were really helpful. The evening meal at the hotel was a lovely curry.

It is difficult to park outside. Book your parking in a nearby car park when you book the hotel.

First of all,I am very disappointed with this booking it is far different from the pictures and I was so bodered as I had to pick up the keys and drop them somewhere else and plan logistics around my busy schedule. the apartment is not well maintained the windows do not close well,the balcony key is broken.the bathroom shower head is not working well and there is no soap or minimum bath products.the smell of the pipes is just impossible to tolerate and it is not at all luxurious.

Everything appeared to be going ok. Booking.com accepted the booking. I got confirmation. I asked for a 1500 - 1600hrs check in . I got a booking.com message back stating that was fine. The day before as I had not received any further information ( address accommodation number or how to access ) I phoned the owners stated mobile number. I got an answering service company who stated they took calls on behalf of the owner. I explain the issue and provided my contact mobile. I was told they would pass the message and the owner would be in contact. No contact was made with me. I sent a message. No reply. On the day I was due to check in. I turned up to the street the address was on as I had the street name as per the booking. A street full of terrace houses and no way in which I could identify which was the apartment. I again phoned the owners mobile. Again an answer company. I explained I was on the street but no way of identifying which address and no instructions on how to get in either (eg key code). They took my details and said they would pass on my call and will I get a call. I asked when as I was on the street. They stated as soon as possible. In the end no contact at all and due to commitments I had to leave and make alternative arrangements. I have a complaint lodged with Booking.com.
