The staff were brilliant 👏 Honestly, the friendliest staff work here. Nothing was too much trouble. Suggestions on drinks and the food too. The ladies were great and so were the cleaners, really lovely. The breakfast was delicious and a real surprise to have cooked as an option 😋 The staff were dancing behind the bar, and they all looked like they were enjoying their jobs! The room we had was comfortable with a comfortable bed. We were situated on the second floor overlooking the secret garden. It was busy there on Saturday evening and it was a bit noisy. It's not a problem for us, but it may be for someone else. We were in room 9. The inn is situated perfectly for exploring Warwick. Nice cafes and restaurants. We visited Warwick Castle and a beautiful garden in Mill Street. It's definitely worth visiting both. Thank you, ladies, and chef for the great service you provided.

Exactly on the Snowdonia Way path. The pods are off grid, but you wouldn't notice. There's a good light, and a couple of USB sockets to charge your phones in the night - perfect. Very reasonable prices at the bar with an honesty box. Wood for the included fire pit seemed reasonable too. Would definitely stay again!

Camping beds in the pod were a tiny bit uncomfortable, but I still slept like a log 🤷♂️

location is fab. A quick walk from the main part of town, within easy reach of some great coffee and places to eat out. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely pool (if not a little cool). spotlessly clean throughout.

The Norfolk feels very dated. Clearly the rooms haven’t been updated in a decade or 3 but a comfy bed. The least likeable part of our stay was the noisy neighbours. The structure of the building seems to transmit noise, whether it be neighbouring guests talking loudly or cleaners setting about their work early…you can hear it all.

Nothing. I have not been able to rebook and the booking staff are being very unhelpful.
