  The room was great as always - with some added features - cabinet in the wardrobe, shelves in the bathroom etc. Fab new touches. Jody is an amazing host and always makes the visit brilliant. This place has everything, great location, near to transport and an outdoor space to chill in - and we could never go anywhere else in ryde to stay as we have such a great connection with Jody and Diana here - and it would feel disrespectful to go anywhere else! Plus you couldn't beat this place!

  Great location- really got into the buses that were at the front door. Extremely clean and comfortable....a sunny living room with interesting and inviting furniture. Good heating and washing machine. We were very comfortable in this lovely Chelsea flat.

  Pretty much everything. Some reviews griped about smell of smoke - not in my room! Clean as a whistle, lovely en suite. Welcoming host, and perfect location for Inverness. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

  That there was no portal to another dimension in my room, and that I slept without being abducted by three-headed aliens. Apart from that, really, it was spot on.

  Price - Extortionate for one night. Premier Inn is £100 cheaper with transport to the terminals. Drinks - Ridiculously high prices. Charging over inflated prices for what is essentially a bog standard Hilton merely due to its proximity to the terminals.
