Wonderful location really close to mountains for walking and lovely cycling. living room space was well laid out. Nice to have the washing machine and a functioning oven. Garden was lovely with great views of Snowdon

I found the four poster bed made the main bedroom uncomfortably small. Just taking away the poles would have made quite a difference

Bathroom window needs attending too as couldn't open it and it had a crack all the way through. Just too let steam out when showering room 519

I slept so well, I couldn’t hear any noise from the busy London nightlife

Room was OK and roomy with decent ensuite. Parking is good and free.

Cold room on arrival and stayed cold until evening. No handrail in bathroom so dangerous and slippery getting out of the shower. Bedheads are both broken so when we turned in bed or leant against it, the headboard banged on the wall. It took 45 minutes to bring a breakfast when only 3 people in the restaurant, yet about 6 or 7 staff! It promotes Gluten Free, but it's basically a Gluten breakfast with stuff taken out to make it GF and for £13 each, it wasn't worth it. I had to bodge the TV power to get it to stay on as the plug kept falling out of the TV and the TV is mounted so high up that it was not comfortable to watch it (cricked necks!).

Spacious, well-equipped and a great location.

Decoration needs attention in places - cracked walls and peeling paint. Parking is a headache as people don’t keep to their allotted spaces. My space was occupied both days and the staff weren’t able to resolve it. Reminder to park appropriately should be spelled out in the pre-arrival note and the spaces can be better marked on the ground to demonstrate the correct angle so all cars can get in.

Good location, nice buffet breakfast

Limited car parking options for the hotel all be it there is a large public car park directly infront of the hotel. Our room was dark, with no central light and limited natural light. The corridors smelt of musty, tired carpets and poor signage if trying to move between room and the spa. And the general feel of the place was that it could do with a little spruce up as it’s got great potential. The spa itself was good, with good size sauna and steam room, and the pool suitable for a relaxing dip but not swimming. The staff whilst not rude or unpleasant, didn’t come across as welcoming or approachable, this may be due to the high numbers of guest and isn’t a direct criticism of them, However management might want to lead by example.

Staying at this hotel was a nightmare. Despite booking for four people, we were shocked to discover breakfast was only for two, a sneaky tactic to overcharge guests. The room was cramped and below average, with faulty air conditioning and non functional sash windows. The staff were unhelpful, especially Anita, the acting manager, who displayed a disgusting attitude. With only one lift working, it took 10 minutes to descend four floors. Paying nearly £100 per head for such a dismal experience is unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs never again!
