Excellent location for OVO arena. Only two drop off bays outside hotel, so best to go straight into the car park which is on the left just before the hotel. Nice pleasant staff. We were there of a concert and only just managed to get into the restaurant so book before hand. No issue with room. King side bed, clean and airy. Also a fridge in the room. Good free WiFi

We liked the character and ambience of the place and the welcome we received. It was in a very quiet rural location and we had a light filled corner room. The excellent breakfast was served upstairs on a large communal table. Best of all was the zebra-skin chair in the bathroom!

The hotel was quite difficult to find. The pillows were hard. The room was not big but had too many ornaments so lacked places to put personal items. The shelves over the washbasin projected too far risking injury when washing.

The property was very nice and comfortable., it was well equipped with comfy beds and nice clean linens and plenty of kitchen utensils, the washer drier was great.. A starter of tea, coffee, sugar etc and cleansing and bathing products was a very nice extra touch.

I did not like the location I felt very uncomfortable at night round the back of the property, it was also very noisy even very early in the morning with people starting work in the surrounding units, I do not like to wash up in the sink so I bought a washing up bowl and left that for future guests a dish drainer would also have been nice, as there is a charge of £100 for cleaning I will also mention that the freezer was unusable as it was packed solid with ice and the drawers would not open, and the grill pan had not been inspected as it was full of crumbs.

Everything, it was high quality, spotlessly clean, great location, very good communication and welcome from host. Breakfast was also super. We have stayed in many hotels/b&bs and this was right at the top.
