This is my second stay at this hotel, which says something in itself. Very attentive staff. Great breakfast which is served from 5am, ideal hotel for an early morning flight from T4 due to the covered walkway (or from T3 in our case by tube). Good sized rooms, comfortable beds and really quiet, sound-proofed rooms.

Staff upgraded me but that was a short lived bonus. Nice reception manager who agreed to refund but again a short lived experience due to crazy OTA bureaucracy.

On the day I arrived I was told they didn't have any double beds left so I would have to take a single bed. Ok not great, but I wasn't going to make a fuss. I decided to extend my stay an extra night as had work to do so made another booking through booking.com (this room was twice as expensive). I was kindly upgraded to a suite to apologise for the mistake the previous evening however at 10pm as I was trying to sleep, a private party was happening on the 2nd floor that was so incredibly loud it might aswell have been in my bedroom (on the 5th floor). It was a Tuesday night! I complained twice but they did nothing about it so eventually I asked to change rooms. They put me in a room they clearly weren't meant to be renting because the blinds were completely broken. By 11pm I had hotel staff standing on a windowsill trying to fix it to no avail. I went back down to reception to ask for another room but they had none so I finally conceded and went back to my original room where the music continued at top volume until midnight. When I complained to the night manager he was completely unresponsive - almost shrugged his shoulders at me. Needless to say I was extremely tired and stressed the next day especially given the amount I'd spent on the room. The next morning I spoke to the reception manager who agreed to honour a 50% discount but that I would have to go through booking.com to get it. I have complained to booking.com multiple times and they are saying they can't honour it as booking.com sold me the room through another partner (which should not be my problem to resolve!) A month later I'm still waiting for my refund!

Did not get to like anything as did not get a chance to stay there. I booked on booking.com paid in advance only to be told when booking in no rooms.

Everything! The property is terrible. In a terrible area. Very dated. Mouldy windowsills in every room. Blinds that did fit or close properly.
