      Great location, loads of space for us getting ready. Check in was nice and easy, perfect for a small group going to an event in Birmingham. Comfy beds, plenty of hot water for everyone to have a shower. Good shower.

      We couldn’t get the TV to work? But not a huge problem. it would be great to have more sockets next to mirrors.

      Beautiful views. Amazing breakfast. Birdlife on the balcony of the lakeview room in the morning was very nice - nuthatches pottering around on the table whilst we had our coffee.

      Shower is in the room (not in a bathroom within the room) so you can see straight in, which isn't great. Small room for 3 people but we were only there to sleep so was great for what we paid and what we needed
