Brilliant... well thought out accommodation with nice personal touches including cake on arrival and sweeties. Good location with parking and short walk into Grassington. Would recommend. Definitely return if in the area.

Very clean and tidy. Everything you need for a short stay. Great room sizes and 3 bathrooms! Perfect location if you are visiting Stratford shopping, Olympic Arenas or ABBA

A little too much communication from the host. Too many separate messages and emails, would be good to reduce this to one message that you receive before check in. £20 for the parking for one night seems a little expensive and be careful you don’t forget to return the paper permit it communication when we did is a little abrupt. Maybe another system for the visitor parking would work better like those that you can get are a one time use or a checkout list on the wall before you leave asking you to return to certain place rather than in the middle of a string load of what app messages where it’s easily missed.

Location was so convenient to travel into Oban for ferry crossing to Mull. The outlook across the water is stunning, lovely sunset.

The lack of interaction with the hosts. A case of "let yourself in" communicated by a Text message prior to arrival. A breakfast which is on for 1 hour from 7.30am till 8.30am so no chance of a long lie. Breakfast is described as continental which it really wasn't. Toast, cereal, ham, cheese and a yoghurt is your choice. Dining room is like dining in someone's front room! DVD collection on show and it is very cluttered. Pillows on the bed are very thin and not the comfiest. Maybe cut down on the washing powder also as the smell of the clean sheets is overpowering and not the best during hay-fever season!

Pretty, easy to find even though in the countryside. Comfy bed, comfy sofa, pleasant outdoors area.

Where do I start? When we arrived we went in after 3pm as requested. I went into the bedroom and was very surprised to see the bed linen on top of the unmade bed. They were a bit creased and not folded very well. So I set to and made up the bed. In the bathroom, the towels were all messed up and not folded. The waste bin in the kitchen had a bit of rubbish still in it. The next day, a lady turned up - she said she was there to clean and were we due to come the next day? Of course I said no. Did she want to see my booking email. She phoned her boss to check what had happened, there was clearly a cock up. She told me that she would clean if I wanted. To be honest, my husband was unwell and I didn’t want to start all over again. She told me the owner would call in to see me. They never came. A very strange experience indeed in an otherwise lovely break for a few days. I’m unsure I would return due to this complete mess up. The only other comment I would make was there was very little in the way of cutlery and plates in the kitchen.

Comfortable, clean room, suitable for a one-night stopover.

At departure, the lifts were occupied by the staff (because of the cleaning that was starting). It was strange that there was no toilet head in the toilet, and the flush tank was only filled up in a trickle, in about fifteen minutes... On leaving, we were not given much attention at reception.

We got woke up early hours to the ceiling leaking pouring all over the bed. The staff were really rude. Manager was reasonable

Breakfast and 3 people capacity in the room

The price! Paid £180 in the leonardo in Bristol with a better bar, bigger room and a proper extra bed, not a sofa bed compared to £380 for the same thing but slightly smaller room and sofa bed at the Hampton in bath.

The room was very small for 3 person. Breakfast would be better.
