Location is the only positive thing for this hotel , I’d booked the club room for the breakfast deal, I had booked the same in april last year , it was bad then and nothing has improved since then …. The breakfast room is shambolic to say the least, coffee machine ran out of milk and water, tables not cleaned , hardly any fruit. I’d asked for a quiet room , was told yes it’s quiet, on the 10th floor which was fine, however all we heard were the trains !! Definitely not quiet.

The location was great central London. The underground nature of the hotel was interesting and NOT Closter phobic it had an open lounge coffee and tea facilities at the reception area with good internet.

The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The room had plenty of space and was really comfortable. Lovely breakfast with plenty to choose from. We will definitely return.

Room 132 and that whole building/section must have very old flooring. You can hear people above you walking / dragging chairs etc. VERY annoying and for the expense we paid - that was not commensurate and more like a 3 star feel sadly .. You should be able to sleep without being woken up from people upstairs!

It's a very busy pub and very loud. But once in room there was no noise to be heard. But as we had stayed several times we knew what to expect . Not much else in the area for food and drinks so you were kind of stuck.
