our room was spacious airy and had a brilliant sea view. the location is perfect close to the beach shops and the pier and very close to the i 360.the rooms are tidied and cleaned every day and the staff are lovely. they're very friendly and helpful. the breakfast is extremely good, tea ,coffee, water and juice to drink and cooked breakfast, choice of 3 cereals, fresh fruit and tinned fruit, yoghurts and toast butter and cheese - just choose anything you want. we are going again in september.

the only thing that we struggle with is the pillows -we find them too hard and we know this is personal prference but having a choice of soft or firm pillows would make the stay perfect for us

The flat was nice & clean very comfy bed, also good where flat was situated, very quiet although just off main street,good base for visiting other towns which we did Gretna,Melrose etc

My only gripe was sofa/bed I found it awkward to sit on it comfortably even with 4 cushions propped behind me,I appreciate you need it to allow for extra guests,I would get rid of table & chairs ( using lap trays instead) and put a comfy big armchair in its place. Also have a few essentials like salt & extra bin liners .

The kids bombing in the pool. No adults were telling children to stop jumping and bombing in. We had to get out the pool after just 15 minutes because of nearly being jumped on. I was told I had a sea view and I did not so I felt lied to. There was alot of damage in the room. The ceiling above the shower was damaged. The desk was damaged and the area by the kettle was damaged.
