Hotel was very clean and pleasant. Staff very friendly. Room was very comfortable and clean. Fridge and Tea/coffee making facilities. Fan also included in the rooms. Car park very nice with plenty of room. Actually, we thought the hotel was in the town , but that was my mistake for not checking! Nevertheless, a Nice 20 min walk along the road brings you into the town. I believe you can also cut down the caravan site a few hundred yards up the road and walk along the river to the town (maybe a bit longer). Breakfast lounge looks nice, but had breakfast in the Fourties Cafe in town which I had pre booked.

Great location just 10mins walk from Canterbury West station and about 20mins to Canterbury Cathedral. An ideal place for exploring the city and surrounds for the weekend. The staff were friendly and prepared a nice full English breakfast in the mornings. We stayed in the garden room which was nice and quiet.

Our garden room was built into the roof and did not have great airflow. The room was quite hot (and we were there in May!) I think in high summer this room will be too hot ! They did have fans in the room but this was not much of a help.

Very smart, modern self contained units in rural setting. Fixtures/ fittings good standard. Shower excellent. Nice touches like coffee machine and fresh milk. Perfect for our stopover before visiting Scilly Islands and would be excellent for a few days in the area. Dog friendly too.

The apartment was great, very spacious, beds were super comfy & kitchen was well equipped including a lovely coffee machine with coffee & tea provided. Location was excellent, with lots of lovely restaurants & bars nearby. The perfect place for exploring Belfast on foot.

Stayed here a few times before because location is perfect , out of the town but near enough to walk to it. Quiet location being set back from the road. Breakfast and evening meals always good

It was very clean and in a quiet area. We had a good nights sleep due to the comfy area, check in was easy and we were able to access our room earlier which was really helpful.

Staff were fantastic, and helped with the issue we had with the room. Good breakfast, bed very comfortable. Room large.

Hotel needs a refurb. We had an issue with a leak in the bathroom, which the staff were really helpful with. Unfortunately we picked a weekend when there was a pool tournament in the hotel. Wish we had known. Lots of smokers at the entrance to the hotel. Also we had major issues with noise in the evening. Very rowdy. We considered checking out of the hotel that evening, but i could not drive as i had a drink.
