The Town Hall is simply a wonderful place to stay. The apartments are light, spacious, quiet, comfortable and very well equipped. There is a train station nearby and easy access from Heathrow. It is my London home away from home. Thank you to all the staff who are so helpful. It is lovely to recognise familiar faces from my visits in 2023. I always feel welcomed and relaxed when ever I return. Thank you to Mikaela, Natalie and Mo for our very friendly chats.

I like the private room offered in this hostel. Very convenient for solo traveller that wanted peace like me. The bus stop is just couple of steps from the hostel. Huge common area and pantry and friendly staffs too.

Hatton Cross was close and easy to get into London and also the airport. Like the toiletries supplied. The double glazing meant we could see the planes but not hear them, which was an initial concern.

Only 2 teabags per day. Would have liked more. Didnt have options for pillows as only had the feather/down pillows and found them too soft.

Not much - It is just undergoing an exterior, public Are, lift and Pool/Spa Centre refurb, So difficult to say. The Apartment was not clean, tired and also in need of a complete refurbishment.

The Lifts weren’t working. Iris on the 5th floor. Climbing 10 Flights of stairs every time was no fun - especially with heavy bags. The swimming Pool And Sauna area had been closed for a long time before I arrived and won’t re-open until 2nd July earliest. The Oven didn’t work. The hob ignition didn’t work. The second bedroom window could not be closed. Floors and glass tables and kitchen were generally dusty or dirty. Lots of debris under furniture. The ventilation in the Bathroom was broken and didn’t work. The Sink in the Bathroom was blocked. There was washing up left on the draining board. Fridge l/Freezer outer doors are different size to actual Fridge/Freezer and both swung open when opening Fridge. Many of the bulbs and light fittings need replacement or mending. Only 2 out of 6 bulbs in the Lounge actually worked. Noise from the railway at the back. Noise from workmen installing new lift and drilling into concrete went on one whole day. TV was old and was not connected to WiFi.

The location is perfect. Near to the train station and tourist spots.

I need to fork out extra money for the lockers to keep my stuffs after check out, less hooks, small and can be seen through storage box which is very unsafe.

Other guests were very loud at night, it was very noisy when others took a shower (also in the middle of the night) and the exit light over the door by the bed were very light and all these things combined made it very challenging to sleep
