  All hotel staff were excellent The room was a nice size, as was the bathroom Bed and pillows were comfortable Had 2 fans and an electric heater available if needed Enjoyed the evening entertainment, which was a bonus I wasn't expecting when I made the booking Only booked B&B but could upgrade to include dinner plus have a small bar menu for snacks. Couldn't fault breakfast. It had something for everyone. Even with the water pressure issue, I would go back, and it would be great if something could be done to solve this.

  My only criticism was the shower. Whilst the enclosure was a great size, the water pressure was terrible. Washing my hair wasn't too much of a problem as I have short hair, but anyone with long hair would struggle if they used too much shampoo. It wasn't just my room my sister-in-law's room was the same.

  Room was cheap. Brakfast was ok and cheap but have to pay extra for coffees and cereal if you wanted it whuch makes it more expensive than premier inn.Large comfortable bed. Bathroom ok. Evening food was ok.Bar area and outside area is a nice place to sit and drink. Reasonable bar costs. All staff were happy and helpful. Would use again for quick cheap overnight stay.

  Bedroom had a damp smell. No air con. Bedroom door had large gap around it letting light in from corridor and not a lot of privacy as you could hear people outside your door. Had to queue for about 15 mins just to pay for breakfast before you could eat.

  The room was reasonable size. Shower was lovely and powerful. Bed was comfortable. Close to the theatre we were going to. Great resturant nearby for a lovely cooked breakfast.

  The housekeeper knocked soon after we arrived, but not that hard so wasn’t sure what the noise was. But she unlocked the door to come in! We have never had a housekeeper come round that soon before. We stayed in room G4 There was no way of locking the door to stop this happening. They had replaced the card key lock with normal front door lock but that couldn’t lock. Had to balance our keys on door handle as a warning! We then also put do not disturb on the door. Bathroom light was on sensor and came on when you opened the door, bit bright in the middle of the night.
