Our premium room was clean, comfortable, quiet and reasonably spacious. The hotel is a lovely old building in Bloomsbury so small corridors and lift. Our bathroom was also on the small side but had a decent shower and everything we required. Breakfast was very good with a buffet and a la carte menu choice. Staff friendly and polite.

It was spotless. The location was beautiful. Ben was so friendly, it was so easy to just leave your car & be taken to the airport & picked up, without all the hassle of parking there. We will definitely use them again.

There is not a resident's lounge so would have expected two chairs in bedroom. Good lighting but overhead very far away because of high ceiling .Perhaps the light fitting could be lowered.

Everything was ok, the staff is good, but we had some problems, on booking said our room had elevator. But the room was in other part w/o elevator and we had to climb 3 stairs in first day with two 23kg bag and two of 10kg it was extremelly bad. On the leaving they sent someone to help. On the first day I've paid the breakfast with contactless card, when I tried to pay the second with contactless some issue happend, this things can happen I undestand, but we got maltreated by someone that identifies as Alex Roy, really rude.
