Nice and peaceful location, set back from the main road that leads straight into the city center. 30-40 min walk to the center. They had ample free car parking. The lady on reception was very polite and helpful. We had a problem with our shower being stuck on boiling hot, so it was impossible to shower, so whilst we were out, they checked it out and decided to upgrade us to a better room. The shower in the new room was also very hot, but not as crazy as the other one. The breakfast was really good, full English buffet style, with lots of options for drinks, and the staff there were very friendly.

Nice location and comfortable room. We had a non sea view room and it was great value for money considering we weren’t in the room much. Great location directly across the street from the sea. Large comfortable room and nice to be able to have our dog with us.

It was adequate in size and had the facilities of a much bigger bathroom, due to great planning, well done, excellent job. The heated towel rail was great too and kept warm for night trips with the option to turn off if not required

AI - it’s every where.. such a shame in such a hands on approach for your clients. This doesn’t mean that us oldies were left on the shelf, again due to the wonderful staff.

Location was amazing for us, and the rooms are a nice size with everything you need facilities wise. The owner was lovely and took the few bits of feedback I had with grace.

The guest book said there would be things there that there wasn't, such as laundry tablets. There was no anti-slip matt in the bath/shower which did cause a slip accident, I fed this back and the owners said they will ensure one is put in place and that the laundry tablets will be refilled. The beds seem pretty cheap and are not the sturdiest, they don't make for the best nights sleep but they will do the job.

Donna and Mark were great hosts making you feel most welcome as soon as we walked through the door....The hotel is spotless, the rooms were equally spotless and very comfortable the Breakfast is as good as you'd get anywhere.....The parking was a great bonus as well......This will be our go to Hotel in Blackpool from now on....We couldn't have wished for a better stay....Thanks again Carl and Tracey
