great location, easy commute on foot to the centre, apartment complex quiet, they could look at getting a permit for people to park in the grounds as parking very expensive in the car park, cheaper to just get a fine as that is only 25 pounds and if you stay for a few days parking is 24 pound per day and needs to be renewed each day as can not pay more than 24 hours at a time. sofa not great very uncomfortable could feel the springs, beds uncomfortable, rug very stained could do with replacing, small diy jobs not done, holes in wall in bedroom and bathroom filled and walls not painted, for the price i would expect that these would have been done, dimmer switch in living room on its way out however amenities that were provided were great

We were moved from place we were initially booked into. However we liked the area as the weather was good and we were able to sit outside the local bars in the evening. On the 9th floor but lift was usually arrived quite quickly.

Location is basically the only thing the hotel has that is great. I felt as my room was so difficult to find very strange layout and it felt like a fire trap. If there would be fire it would be very hard to get out.

The room was not clean. Under the bed was piles of dust, obviously had not been cleaned for a long time. The shower had buildup of dirt on it.

Location handy for us, just out of the centre, Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good, plenty of it. Good choice of ales and wine in the bar.

Had twin beds - could do with new mattresses. Bathroom maybe needs a makeover. Some early risers above us had the floorboards creaking.

Water pressure in shower very low. Shower slippery. My wife had nasty fall on first morning. Requested a non-slip shower mat but none were available
