The hotel was very easy to find, just across the road from Kings Cross. Reception was well appointed and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. I stayed in a single room on the top floor, which was up a few flights of stairs. The room itself felt quite spacious for a single, and the bed was more like a queen size than an actual single, and was very comfortable, which was lovely. The bathroom was small but practical, with decent water pressure and nice hot water. I appreciated the tea and coffee facilities and had plenty of room to stow my bag. A fan was provided in the room and the window was able to be opened, which was nice, and the room was bright and comfortable. I would definitely recommend for short stays somewhere very central.

Felt immediately at home and relaxed. Really appreciated that the kitchen was fully equipped and knives were sharp (a rare thing) so could prepare a meal on arrival and have all the pots & pans etc which I needed. Loved the attention to detail and being a home from home. Location, great local pub and very close to the town. Coming from a flat part of England the hill coming back after a day out got the heart rate up 😄. All part of the enjoyment of Brighton .

We recently stayed at this house and had a fantastic experience. The interior design was truly impressive, making the space feel full and inviting. We were particularly pleased with the array of facilities provided, which met all our needs perfectly. Additionally, the owner was very responsive, quickly addressing any questions we had. Overall, we are extremely happy with our stay and would highly recommend this property to others.

the quality of the room exceeded expectation for the price. Needed somewhere close to airport for a few hours sleep. Bed was perfect!

Unfortunately the hotel is a pub which is fine, but, we were above where the smokers go outside and that was very noisy. We were super tired but it could have been more annoying if you aren't as tired as we were.

Being left outside on the door step because they had not provided us with the code to get in. Dirty glasses in the room. There is no way that was a king sized bed.
