- “We spent three nights at Heatithude and very much enjoyed it. It is in a small, authentic town half an hour drive from Tanah Rata. Host Dennis is very helpful (he took us in his own car to the scooter rental company on our first day), room is clean and has a nicely decorated attached bathroom and the terrace on the small river at the back of the house is very nice to sit and drink a cup of coffee from the shared kitchen. We recommend this place!”

  Great looking apartment, nice place to relax after sightseeing the city. Bus stop is nearby. You can be in city centre ~30 mins. Bus: 3/8/29. Beds were extremely comfy and sooo SOFT. Kitchen was well equipped. It was possible to cook all variety of meals. There was also stuff for mixology. Kevin was very nice host. Neighborhood was calm. Tip: I would recommend Aldi, which is 2 bus stops away. Good variety of food for not bad prices. Don't forget to visit Craigmillar castle, it's only 30 mins on foot and it's lovely :)

  The rooms were too small,There was no lift available to carry the luggage, They did helped me to carry the luggage upstairs, But during the check out I have to carry my 40 kg bags from upastairs to downstairs through the small stairs,And the beds were too small with tyres and it was moving through the floors, There was nothing for the money which I spent, Really disappointed with the room.

  The place was immaculate and the host was amazing from welcoming to leaving, even gave my son a gift! Would 100% return when back in the area. We stayed for the downhill and only a couple of mins away from the park and ride for the shuttle buses. The breakfast granola pots are delicious!!!

  Our toilet dripped loudly all night. In hindsight we should’ve called someone but wasn’t keen for someone to come in and fix it when my two kids were sleeping - wish we had a called as there was a quick fix!

  The heavy entrance doors. Almost impossible for me to manage as I have limited mobility. I can’t bring the mobility scooter from the car as I’d never manage to open the doors. It leaves me every visit.

  Had to move our rooms because the first try gave us were dirty and the headboard was broken and the leather was peeling all over the bed. The second round of rooms were not good either. One was dirty and had foundation all over the headboard, dirty shower and the floor had not been hoovered. The other room has a window facing a wall, no natural light, and a toilet door that didn't close all the way.
