Positive section of review
The only thing we liked was the actual location. Close to Avimore centre, 10min drive from Loch Morlich, about 15min drive from Landmark Adventurw Pakr and Cairngorm Mountain is about 15min drive.

The chalet we stayed in was dirty and looked like it was clean prior to arrival. There was bird dropping on the front steps, on the wee front veranda and picnic table. Spider webs were all over the outside chalet and one was even in the bathroom. The veranda windows were beyond dirty, the window frames were dirty, there was hair in the bath tub and plaster, the sink was cleaned and there was dirty water in the sink in the kitchen. Also the double bed looked like it hasn't been stripped and fresh linen put on and so I decided to sleep on the living room sofa were thrown in the wardrobe and the tea pot was black with dirt. Also the wee veranda was covered in bird droppings, cob webs and the floor boards were cracked and unsafe. We were absolutely shocked and disgusted with the unsatisfactory state of the chalet. Not what we payed for at all. Wel definitely will not be coming back.

Staff on reception were really rude, felt judged from the moment I stepped in. The room was basic at best, the carpet was disgusting and coming away at the edges of the bathroom. The bathroom was old, bits of the bath were black where the white had come away, the shower was small and awkward and the water hit all the side of the bath when you were in it. 5 star hotel but there’s literally 2 bottles of water in the fridge, not even a mini bar. Drinks at the bar were extortionate. I haven’t been refunded yet from the ‘temporary’ hold of £100 even tho we didn’t spend all of this.
