The elevator was out of order. I have bad knees and we had an apartment on a higher floor. After a few times climbing the stairs it was almost impossible to get up there again. The pain was horrible. Even though all appartements were fully booked they managed to get us a very beautiful apartment in one of the new buildings were the elevator did work. So we were able to switch on the same day because of the super friendly staff!!

Owner was very friendly, easy to contact and explained everything with no issues. Apartment was beautiful, clean and very secure. Two minute walk from the o2 which was great. Tesco right round the corner to stock up on things for the fridge because no food or drink is supplied which is fine. We used the Uber boat for transport to the tower bridge which had a port right outside the apartment. It was around £12pp.

I stay at this hotel regularly and it is my favourite in London. The rooms are always a good size. The staff are helpful and friendly. It’s a walk across in James Park to the West End. We’re better to spend your time in London…

The first room I was off, it was on the floor where there was decorating going on. I did go downstairs and complain and they put me in a better room.

We were in The Hayloft which was just lovely. Another banister on the other side of the stairs would be a good idea. We liked the OS map & the Wells magazine.
