The location is just a stone throw away from Paddington station in the centre London. It was a nice experience with respect to how much we paid thereby making it good value for money spent. The apartment furnished to be self sufficient. Functional electric cooker, oven, microwave, washing machine, pressing iron, wifi, Sky decoder, heaters in every room and plenty of running hot water. The apartment was clean and tidy. Great bathroom. Don't forget to read your mail for house rules and key pick-up instructions. Our hostess, Maryam always responded to phone enquiries promptly.

Not Informing us that there is an elevator by the corner of the hallway. A Wider staircase for big suitcases.

Location, not too far from the train station and places we needed to get to. Bedroom was clean and beds were very comfortable. Staff were really lovely and accommodating to any queries we had. Food served at the hotel was great, very nice! Would definitely stay here again.

Room needed a slight refurb the bathroom door didn’t lock and paint was peeling on the shower ceiling probably due to the steam, but other than that the room was lovely and clean.

My stay was for 3 nights , during this time no chambermaid staff attended to any necessities, ie. replenishment of toilet roll I was most disappointed with the lack of this service in what otherwise was a good quality Hotel, for whatever reason it appeared that the Dragon Fly were economising as regards toilet roll distribution, on arrival I noted that there was barely half a roll on the holder and one spare on the side and this was for 3 days and 3 nights ?? ( when paying £82 per night half a used loo roll on the holder is not something one would expect). The toilet did not flush correctly had to use the waste bin to get a reasonable quantity of water into the bowl. Also the room was extremely dark the problem being no overhead lighting.

The TV had no signal which wasn't a great deal to me for one night .The lack of a shuttle bus to the airport on the weekend is a problem as the taxi one way was £30 if a shuttle runs during the week! Even at a small charge it would make the hotel more appealing to overseas visitors .
