The pool area is gorgeous, very relaxed with plenty of seating and beds. The most stunning sunset views , it is definitely a standout feature of all the hotels we stayed at in Bali.”

      A huge spread of buildings in well cared for grounds. Leisure facilities and a pub onsite which was great to relax and have a pampering session

      I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it but there were a few loose and uneven slabs on the path between reception and where I was pointed towards my room for the night.

      Rooms too small and there is little place to arrange baggage. Corridors too narrow and that may cause hazards in case of emergency.

      Decent sized room and reasonable shower which is always a bonus.

      The AC. The room was too hot but there were absolutely no instructions on how to use the controls. Please put these in the room.

      They didn't tell us when we booked that the Restaurant was closed and bar was closed so we couldn't get dinner or a drink. Very over priced for no facilities. Broken window in bathroom, it was very dangerous. Breakfast was only continental but very sparse. You hardly saw any staff. Very bleach would not stay there again. It was disgraceful for the money.
