The hotel had a games room, which was very convenient having children. The bubble room was nice dog friendly. The staff at the hotel on arrival was very kind, manager was a lovely man. Bar staff was kind untill new ones came through very late evening and dinner staff and breakfast staff were abit rude no manners but other people staying at hotel were nice overall it was a good stay.

I didn't like that there were no family rooms and the large family room was very small the pool leisure area was cold and very small. Drafty room windows in bedrooms that were unpleasant they literally charge you for everything a glass of water, an extra spoon, cup,etc their pretty tight on stuff, and the food is basic. menu isn't great and costs an arm and a leg.

The location was good for us as it was just 18mins walk from where we had our event. We only spent the nights and were away all day so did not need the cook anything. The accommodation was much larger that we imagined with plenty of room. There is a coop store just next door to it which is really handy for anyone staying at the accommodation.

It had really old furnishings but I think it was deliberate and in line with the name - Old Tram House, but not really for me. There were also too many mirrors, again works for the name of the place. The house is by a busy road so you get noise from the cars but that did not disturb my sleep in any way.

The location was great near restaurants and buses. The car space infrastructure of flat was vwey convenient, the bathroom was roomy, the kitchen was good and the lounge comfortable. The bed was also comfortable

Fun decor. Well equipped. Nice selection of goodies in the kitchen. Handy location for centre of town. Dining area in bay window fun to sit in and watch the world go by.
