  Well located in the centre of the village. Lovely forest walks a short distance away. Also very well located to explore the more further located attractions in the area including Dunrobin Castle and the east side of the coast (along the NC500).

  Room location was fine. We didn't have breakfast so can't advise. The room was comfortable. Shower was in a cubicle type construction. Bit odd to get in to (like a tardis) but the shower itself was great.

  The two single beds were pushed together but wasn't an issue as we moved them apart as I was staying with a friend. No complaints.

  Great location lovely surroundings/ restaurant and bar and outside area nice / super breakfast

  The only disappointment was our room (no.7)- although it had everything, it was dated and the en suite was really in need of upgrading so I didnt feel it was worth the money we had paid. The double glazing had blown on the window and one side did not close properly causing a draft and noise from the traffic.

  Basically a good apartment but in need of attention

  A number of small things spoiled it: no rubber mat in bath for shower, lack of a full set of crockery in kitchen, lights faulty in lounge and main bedroom and no spare bulbs, rickety table and chairs in dining area, no wardrobe in small bedroom, clock not working and burnt down candles in lounge. These things meant it was not a luxury apartment.
