The apartment itself was lovely. Everything felt clean and new, no minor damage that makes it look scruffy. The bathroom was spotless and the wooden flooring was very clean. It had a nice feel overall, minimalistic and efficient. The location was excellent with the tube snd overground in close proximity, alongside Westfields being five minutes away. Alongside a great selection of grocery type shopping and food vendors.

It was unbearably hot, the walls inside the property and the hallway were actually hot to the touch. The window and fan were functioning but didn’t provide much solace, it is waking up Malaysia type of hot. If you struggle to sleep in hot places I would avoid. The pillows were lumpy, you use it once and the filling is splitting. We were provided with one toilet roll for 3 day stay, therefore we had to buy our own. The Nespresso machine did not work at all which was largely frustrating when you need your morning coffee.

Fantastic rural cottage. If you had driven 5 hours across France to this holiday home, you wouldn't have been disappointed. Pure rural charm with flagged floor, wood burner, comfy leather armchairs and sofa. But with a modern fitted kitchen and central heating. Superb shower as well. Two double beds and plenty of pillows.

I would have preferred blackout or lined curtains. With the tremendous views eastwards across the Severn, the downside is that the morning sunrise comes straight into your bedroom windows !

Great stop off! We could have stayed longer. Bright, modern and comfortable. Everything provided for a good stay. Great to have free access to netflix, heating on when we arrived and some basics provided.. Staff very friendly. I would definitely stay again.

There was nothing we didn't like. House close to road and can be a bit noisy during busier times.

Breakfast was superb and the bed was so comfortable. The owner and her daughter were lovely and friendly and it was a very short walk into town where there are lots of shops, pubs and restaurants.

The only thing that could have been slightly improved was the fact that the tea and coffee making were just outside the bedroom in a shared facility. However, everything else was absolutely brilliant. First class

The reception had attitude with us like we were an inconvenience to her. The room smelt of damp, the shower tray had mold in. Floor boards creek so could hear people walking the corridor
